Sue Huston Seattle, LLC Credit Terms and Policies

New Accounts: All new accounts must pre-pay for the first opening order by credit card, check or cash. The account may apply for Net 30 terms on future orders by sending to our credit department a completely filled and signed credit application. Credit cards may only be used for payment on day of shipping an order. All Net 30 invoices must be paid by check, cashier’s check or cash. No credit cards will be accepted for Net 30 terms.

Payment Terms: Our terms for approved accounts are net 30 days. Once an account is 14 days late from the payment due date, the account is in jeopardy of losing their Net 30 status as well as any exclusive status in their area. This means that they will be required to pre-pay for all future orders and may risk having their exclusive given to another store in their area. In the event payment is not made as required, the account shall be delinquent and Buying Party may incur to Sue Huston Seattle a service charge of 1.5% per month from the due date, or 18% annually, plus any costs of collections including attorney’s fees.

Ordering and Delivery: Orders may be placed at a trade show, by a sales representative, in our Seattle showroom, by phone at 1-866-298-1344, by fax at 206-985-0259 or by email at sue@suehuston.com. All orders are shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail as requested by customer. Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.

Return Policy: Sue Huston Seattle will only authorize a return for merchandise that is defective or mis-shipped. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. A replacement will be sent for defective merchandise and no shipping charges will apply. All returns not meeting this criteria will need to be called in for authorization at 1-866-298-1344.
A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Transshipment Policy: Sue Huston has a policy of selling only directly to selected retail outlets for resale by them to customers in such locations. Resale or transshipment of our products to another business or location contravenes that policy and terms and conditions of sale and may result in termination of our business relationship. The Sue Huston Seattle line of accessories may not be sold over the internet or photographed without written permission from Sue Huston.

Exclusives: If requesting exclusivity of a territory, requests must be made in writing to Sue Huston. If granted, all exclusives will come due for review every 6 months and will be based on many factors including, but not limited to: sales history, payment history, and how well the account represents the Sue Huston Seattle line of jewelry and accessories through display and marketing. Sue Huston or her sales representatives may revoke the exclusive without written warning at any time.

Web site listing: We will list your store on our web site as an authorized retailer if the following criteria are met: Keeping the Sue Huston Seattle cards and hangtags attached to the jewelry or accessories, purchasing the Sue Huston Seattle line within the last 6 months and a no default payment history.

Photographing or selling on the internet: All Sue Huston Seattle designs are copyrighted and shall not be photographed or sold on the internet without written permission from Sue Huston. Stock photos are available for advertising and marketing purposes by requesting such items in writing to Sue Huston. Please describe in detail how the photos will be used.
